Service is fast & food is always fresh!! The Italian Sub is addictive!!!! Pizza is great too. We always get 1/2 pep. Love the crust & how the cheese isn’t super weird (you know that fake rubber taste). Pep has a nice flavor too! Also, the team is always nice & respectful. I would come here more often if my wallet allowed me to. I wish they had a loyalty program, deals or combos! Usually 1 large pizza & full sub will feed us (fam of 5)

They should just turn it into a drive-thru. And I don't know why they have all those prices for their subs when they are all literally small. The sub looked like it was hungrier than I was.

This my first time, the pizza was good. I had a kick to it. I don't like anything spicy. I loved the thin crispy crust and the extra sauce.

I missed my exit heading back home and saw this shop when turning around. And I made a point to come back when I was in the Columbus area. I ordered the Big John sub and the Italian sub, both 16” and they were huge! One of the best subs I’ve ever had. I’ll be bringing the family with me next time!

Ya know u hear about them mom and pop shops u should go to ......this is definately one fo them... from the pizza and rolls bangin....but the subs the chicken philly /italian both ez 9's,,,,,,but the meatball sub zomg ITS A 10 I SAID 10 LOL ez one of the top 3 meatball subs u will find in franklin county.... keep it up peeps i love u guyz Xavier

As soon as you walk into Susie's the wonderful smells overtake you and your tastebuds kick in, and the friendly greeting from Susie adds to the experience. Our children ordered the meatball sub and said it was the best they have had in Columbus! We had a Pepperoni Pizza that everyone liked and my husband had the Italian Sub, he only thought it was ok. He is spoiled as he is use to the Italian subs in the North End of Boston. My only complaint is on the site it looks like you can still eat in, but we found out that was before Covid hit. So next time we will call our order in and plan to have a picnic at the park.

I had eaten here before but been a while, we called and ask if they were delivering and yes they were, we ordered buffalo chicken rolls and a 16" big John sub....I forgot how good that sub was!! Buffalo chicken rolls were delish too!!

Decided to stop in to Susie's Sub Shop this afternoon. It is located on Karl Road. They have been at this location for 3 years. I decided to order a Philly Cheese Roast Beef sandwich and some Garlic Cheese Bread. The Philly Cheese Roast Beef sandwich which had a good amount of roast beef with onions, green peppers, mushrooms and Swiss cheese, all toasted nicely. The Garlic Cheese bread had a very mild garlic flavor to it with a great layer of cheese with some spices sprinkled over it. It was a lot of food for the money.
